I've been noticing the crazy diagonal stripes every time I walk down the stairs out of my apartment complex so I decided to photograph them for the challenge. I'm not sure how I feel about them, there are elements that I like in all of them, but they also feel a little busy for my taste...Also, I feel like all of these pictures could only have been taken in southern California.
Love Love Love the middle one, which makes me feel like I'm in Jurassic Park. I think that is definitely the best of the three. The stripes going in different directions on different textures but all coming from a single source is baller.
ReplyDeleteI still like the other two, but I agree that they are a little busy. I wish I could just remove some of the stuff from the top one, and maybe that you were a little farther back from the stairs in the foreground in the third one, and that is was wider?
Also, your apartment is beautiful and I'm going to move in with you, so watch out in the next couple of days. You might have to tell one of your roommates that they have to move out to make room for me.
